In observance of Veterans Day, �Թ��� Atlantic will be closed on Friday, Nov. 10, and no classes will be held. Today, the FAU Military and Veterans Student Success Center hosted its annual Veterans Day Luncheon to honor our students who bravely served in the armed forces. Also, Saturday, Nov. 11 is Military Appreciation Day at our home football game. All active and former military personnel can claim four free tickets to the game. .

For 12 consecutive years, �Թ��� Atlantic has been recognized as a Military Friendly^® School and Military Spouse Friendly School, earning the “Category: Tier 2 Research Institution” designation. With nearly 1,000 military-affiliated students in the University community, we are proud to support the personal and professional success of our nation’s veterans, servicemembers and their families.

In recognition of those who have sacrificed so much to protect our rights and freedoms, I hope that you will take a moment to express your appreciation to the American heroes in your life. Thank you to all of our military veterans for your service to our nation.
