The second annual FAU Research Showcase, hosted by theÌýÌýcelebrated a wide range of researchÌýand scholarly activities by both faculty and students. A number of researchers from the College of Science were featured, including Alex Keene, Ph.D., Science Dean, Ata Sarajedini, Ph.D., as well as William Hahn, Ph.D. Friend of the college, Rubin Gruber, discussed artificial intelligence on the first day of the showcase.ÌýA poster session was also part of the showcase and featured new faculty member, Vivian Merk, Ph.D., from the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry.ÌýCongratulationsÌýto poster presentation winners from the College of Science: Shoukat Ali, Ph.D., Koray Karabina, Ph.D., and Emrah Karagoz for their research on Biometric Data Transformation for Cryptographic Domains and its Applications.Ìý .
