Interdisciplinary Minor in Film and Video
The Interdisciplinary Minor in Film and Video is available to students taking any major within the University. The minor gives students the ability to bring together courses from several departments and colleges into a multidisciplinary curriculum that emphasizes all aspects of film and video; it offers scholarly study of the history, theory, and criticism of film, video, and television, as well as hands-on courses in video production.
Political Communication Minor
The undergraduate minor in Political Communication gives students in any major the opportunity to bring together courses from Communication and Multimedia Studies and Political Science into a multidisciplinary curriculum. Students are offered both scholarly study of political networks and hands-on courses in political advocacy and campaigning.
Public Relations Minor
The undergraduate minor in Public Relations provides students with a solid foundation in the principles and practices of public relations. The minor helps prepare students for careers in publicity, promotion, public affairs, government relation and media relations.
Sport Studies Minor
The undergraduate minor in Sport Studies gives students in any major the opportunity to bring together courses across Arts and Letters to explore various aspects of sports and society, strengthening their ability to see sports not just as a game but as a significant aspect of modern society.
