Education Reimagined: Engaging Students through Peer-Assisted Learning
³Ô¹ÏÍø’s (FAU) Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP), Education Reimagined: Engaging Students through Peer-Assisted Learning, will change the culture of teaching and learning at the institution by investing in and supporting student-centered education. Guided by the principles of the Learning Assistant (LA) program model, courses are redesigned by faculty to foster active, collaborative learning experiences, facilitated by trained undergraduate Learning Assistants, called LAs.Ìý
Directly aligning with the values of the institution, Education Reimagined will create engaging student learning experiences with the goal of building solid foundations in knowledge, increasing the capacity for essential workforce competencies, improving student success outcomes, and enhancing the overall student experience.
