HealthFirst Program
The FAU HealthFirst Health and Wellness Program helps students integrate healthy habits into their overall success as a medical student and future physician.
Our program brings FAU's experts to discuss topics including nutrition, exercise, and mental health to equip our students with the tools to keep them well and successful.
Wellness activities are scheduled throughout the academic year to help remind students to care for themselves so they can care for their patients and their community.
