Transient Troubleshooting

PART 1 Support

FAU’s OIT help desk is available to assist with any issues students encounter when trying to submit a request in PART 1 of the transient process. If you are having trouble logging in, submitting a request, or are not seeing the semester or transient institution in PART 1, please contact the OIT Help Desk:Ìý

NOTE:ÌýIf you are trying to submit a request for the current semester after the PART 1 closing date, do not contact OIT. You will need to emailÌýfautransient@fau.edu to receive assistance with this request.

PART 2 Support

FAU’s Help Desk is only able to assist with PART 1 technical issues and does not have any access to ³Ô¹ÏÍø Shines. If you are having issues with PART 2 (³Ô¹ÏÍø Shines) you will need to contact the ³Ô¹ÏÍø Shines Help Desk:Ìý.
