This week, I had the honor of presiding over my first commencement ceremonies as president of �Թ��� Atlantic.

I am proud to share that �Թ��� Atlantic has been awarded a $2.1 million grant from the U.S. Department of Defense Air Force Research Laboratory.

The No. 28 �Թ��� Atlantic women’s tennis team will continue its historic season at the NCAA Tournament.

Our “Sandy Owls” beach volleyball team won the Conference USA Championship and earned an automatic bid to the NCAA Championship.

�Թ��� Atlantic has been designated an “Opportunity College and University” by the Carnegie Foundation and American Council on Education.

It is with profound sadness that I share the news of the passing of Dr. Eric Shaw, a beloved member of our �Թ��� Atlantic family.

I am proud to share that two �Թ��� students have been awarded the 2025 Barry Goldwater Scholarship.

�Թ��� Atlantic continued its rise in the U.S. News & World Report rankings with several programs climbing the list of 2025 Best Graduate Schools.

I am excited to welcome LeAnn Freeland as the new head coach of �Թ��� Atlantic’s women’s basketball program.
